Top Waterfalls

In no particular order:

Scógafoss, Iceland

This was the first time seeing such a big drop of water, this is where I fell in love with waterfalls. There might be other, maybe even bigger and better ones in Iceland, but this was the first one. Scógafoss was the one that made way for a lifetime of chasing running drops of water. It was the beginning of something magical.

Skógafoss waterfall, Iceland.

Kuang Si falls, Laos

Beautiful. The colours, the layers, you can swim in it, even though it was relatively cold when I went, so I didn’t swim.

Diyaluma Falls, Sri Lanka

Unfortunately, I didn’t take my camera to this one. It is the second tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka and I got to swim at the top. The feeling of looking out over the edge whilst in the water made me a little queasy at first, but was an amazing experience.

Have a google to see what it looks like.

Wallaman Falls, Australia

Australias tallest single-drop waterfall. I didn’t even know this until a few days later, which made it even more special.

Plitvice Lakes, Croatia

Surounded by emerald blue coloured water, you walk through all the waterfalls. Magical place.

Windin Falls, Australia

Long muddy trek to get to the falls, but the views are amazing. Again, you can swim, but I didn’t.
